This article is for accounts that have multiple location accounts connected by a master account in Rosy Salon Software.
Giving your employees access to easily switch between different location accounts is very simple!
* Note: If the employee performs services in more than one location, you'll need to add them as an employee separately in each location, so that they have a column in each location. They will also need to be under the Receptionist Role
Proceed to: Manage > Basic Settings > Employees
1. Click on the employee's name, and go to their Permissions
2. Turn on their Switch Locations permission, (so that it's green), then click Save
3. Logout of this location, and log into the next location
4. Once logged into the next location, proceed back to Manage > Basic Settings > Employees
5. Click Other Location Employees
6. Select the Without Access tab
7. Add any employees that need the ability to toggle back and forth between the locations by using the green plus button next to their name
8. As you add other location employees, their names will disappear from the list. Go back to the With Access tab
9. Click on the employee's name to control their permissions when toggled into THIS location.
(If you want them to be able to toggle back to the other locations from this one, make sure their Switch Locations permission is on.)
10. Click Save once you are done with this employee
* Note: If the employee performs services in multiple locations, you will have to repeat all setup steps in every location the employee performs services in!
