3. Click Add
4. Repeat for any additional employees
5. Click Close

Entering the Method of Payment:

Gift Card:
- Enter the gift card code and click Validate. The amount remaining on the gift certificate will appear in red. Click on the red button and it will auto-fill in the Amount field.
- If the amount remaining on the gift card is more than the amount due: The total amount due on the ticket, (including tip, if any), will be deducted. The system will keep track of the remaining balance on the gift card.
- If the amount remaining on the gift card is less than the amount due: The entire amount remaining on the gift card will be applied to the ticket. The difference must be paid by another method.

Credit or Debit Card:
- Click the field next to the Brand of card being used, (Visa, Mastercard, etc). The field will auto-fill with the total amount of the bill.

- Click on the House field. The field will auto-fill with the total amount of the bill.
- If you need to adjust the House discount amount, feel free to do so. Then, proceed to collect any other payments due or click Finish.

After receiving all due payments and clicking Finish, you have the options to email a receipt, print a receipt, or both.

Note: If you give your employees their tips out of the cash drawer, (and the setting is properly set in your
Business Settings), the Tip amount will be automatically deducted from the Cash.
