MerchantTrack Overview

Proceed to:

Manage>Advanced Settings>Credit Card Processing> Enter Merchant Track

If you are having trouble accessing MerchantTrack, please check the following:

• Ensure you have an email address saved under your employee profile
• If you are on the mobile app, log in to Rosy from a mobile browser
• Make sure your browser is not blocking pop-ups
• If you have MerchantTrack open on another device, you may not be redirected properly

Dashboard:

Benchmarks: display various statistics for processing activity. Filters allow you to further customize your results.

Recent Funding- Shows most recent deposits and withdrawals from your account. For further details, click "See More"

Merchant Statement- A shortcut to your monthly Merchant Statement report

Reporting- Report Explorer:

You will find your list of transactions, funding, chargebacks, and your Monthly Statement.

Funding Summary Report

Shows the funding information in summary per funding batch and provides links to the Funding Detail Report that shows the contents of the funding batch selected

Funding by Transaction Report

Shows the transactions that have been funded in the specified date range

Funding by Line Item Report

Shows the transaction Line Items that have been funded in the specified date range

Transaction Summary Report

Shows total transaction count and volume per day for each payment method

Transactions Report

Shows all transaction (successful and failed) that occurred during the specified date range

Chargeback Summary Report

Shows the count and volume of chargebacks for the given date range

Chargeback Report

Shows the details of chargebacks for the specified date range

Merchant Statement

Provides summaries by day and payment method of transactions processed during the month selected plus deposit summaries and listings of the fees and chargebacks in the deposits during the month selected.

Merchant Deposit Report

Provides deposit summaries and listings of the fees and chargebacks in the deposits during the month selected.

Business Financing:

View available Rosy Capital Advance details

Transaction Search:
 This tool is best for locating a specific transaction or printing a receipt. For general questions, use the Transactions Report. 

Virtual Terminal:
*if you run a transaction in MerchantTrack it will not be recorded in Rosy. We highly recommend all transactions be processed using Tickets in Rosy.
