Inactive Services

If you have a service that is no longer offered, it is still a part of your reporting history so it cannot be deleted. Instead, you can mark it inactive. Follow the instructions below for suggestions on the best way to keep organized!

To prevent clutter on your Services page, it is best to dedicate a Service Group to your inactive services.

To create a Custom Service Group-

  1. Navigate to Manage > Basic Settings > Services
  2. Select New Service > Not finding what you're looking for? Create a custom Service Group.
  3. Name: Inactive Services > Service Category: Other (Non-Chemical) > Sort Order: the last number  
  4. Reassign any of your inactive services to this group

To mark a service inactive and regroup it-

  1. Select a service you no longer wish to offer
  2. Change the assigned Service Group to Inactive Services
  3. Change Status to Inactive
  4. Save changes

     Note: Changing the status from Active to Inactive will not affect any future appointments that are booked for that service. Instead, it will just prevent new appointments from being scheduled.
