Archiving Clients
If you have clients who are no longer actively coming to the business, but you do not want to delete their information, you can now archive their profile! You can do so when viewing the Profile tab of a client log, by checking the box next to "Account Archived" > Save Changes.
When a client profile is marked as archived, they will no longer be able to sign in to your online client scheduling page and they will not appear in the client searches. However, archived clients will still be visible on the schedule as well as on your reporting.
If you do want to locate a client profile that has previously been archived, you can do so by navigating to Manage > Clients > check the box "Include archived accounts" > search for the client. You can also find a list of clients who have been archived in your reports. In the result of the "Clients" report, there will be a column "Archived" that will say yes for any clients currently archived in your account.
To restore the client profile, you simply uncheck the box and save your changes!
Please note: If you utilize booth renter or multi location accounts with Rosy, marking a shared client as archived under one business ID will result in the client being archived in the attached accounts as well.
