Marketing via SMS has never been easier!
In order to begin please navigate to: Manage > Marketing
Step One, if you have not already done so, is completing the FCC Registration. Due to how phone carriers operate to combat spam, businesses legally need to register and provide specific information to ensure seamless delivery. Start the registration process by filling out the form with your business details. Submitting the form, you will be charged $15 to cover the approval process and your first 500 messages.
On your Dashboard, you’ll be able to see when your approval is pending, approved, or if there were any failures. If your approval failed, please contact support for assistance.
You will not be able to send any marketing campaign texts until the FCC Registration Process is complete.
However, you can begin reviewing your dashboard or prepare your auto and mass campaigns. For more information on this feature, please take a look at the articles below!
