Rosy Campaigns

One-time Campaigns:

In the top right corner of your Dashboard, click the Create Campaign

1. Enter a relevant name to track your campaign (This is not visible to clients).

2. In the text box type your message that you would like to send.

Important reminders about message lengths:

- Basic characters: A message containing standard letters, numbers, and punctuation has a limit of 160 characters.

- Special characters: A single emoji or other character outside the Basic character set switches the entire message to special character format with a limit of 70 characters.

- Messages that exceed the character count will still appear to your client as one text. However, it will use multiple messages from your text bank to launch your campaign. For these longer texts, the character limit per text used is reduced to 153 characters for Basic Characters and 67 characters for Special Characters. - To add an emoji from your Windows computer, click Windows + . or Ctrl + Cmd + Space from your Apple computer.

-If pasting text from a doc, be aware of curly apostrophes and quotes. To avoid switching to Special Characters, retype them in the text box.

1. Select the clients you would like to send this campaign to. You can add clients by filter or individually by search.

• When searching for an individual, if a client appears greyed out, it means that their phone number on file has already been added to the campaign.

  
• Available Filters:

  • All Opted In Clients –all clients who are opted in for text marketing

  • By Appointment- clients with any appointment between the selected date range

  • No Appointment Since- clients who don’t have any future appointments scheduled and haven’t had any appointments since a selected date

  • By Service Received- clients with an appointment for a specific service between the selected date range

  • No Service Since- clients who don’t have any future appointments scheduled and haven’t had an appointment for a specific service since a selected date

  • By Birth Month- clients based on the birth month added to their client log

  • By Client Origination- clients based on the origination assigned to them on their client log

Filter results are restricted to data 5 years in the past and forward.

1. Schedule your launch time for the campaign

• If you want for your campaign to be sent ASAP, leave both the date and time options blank

• If your message balance does not have enough to launch your campaign, you will need to purchase more before you are able to schedule it for launch.

  

  Auto Campaigns:

Wish your clients a Happy Birthday, tell them how much you miss them, and remind them they’re running low on their favorite product(s). Your Automatic Text Campaigns provide you with the ability of doing that all!

1. Select the “Automatic Campaigns” tab, then choose the Campaign type you'd like to set up by clicking the name.

2. Review our default message or create your own! Remember to review the SMS important info or the details below for a reminder about message lengths

1. Once you are happy with the message, you can select how many days in advance the system should send these campaigns and update the status to Active.

   

With the status as Active, Rosy does the work for you! You don’t need to worry about scheduling the campaigns or selecting the clients to market to. Thanks to the Auto Recharge tool, you never have to worry about running out of messages. Review your selection for how many messages will refill your message balance when you fall below 100 messages left on your Dashboard.
