There are 3 different ways to easily reschedule any client's appointment.
Using the Reschedule Button (Recommended for appointments that consist of multiple services):
1. Proceed to the Schedule and locate the client's appointment
2. Once you click on the client's service, you'll click the Reschedule button to the right
3. You'll be taken to the Appointment Builder. Adjust any service(s) or Service Provider(s) if need be, then click Search Calendar
4. If the client has time restraints, use the Time Range function at the top of the screen
5. Select the date the client would like to reschedule for from the calendar
6. The available times for that date will be listed underneath. Click Book Now next to the time slots the client would like to take
7. You will be taken to a Schedule Preview Screen where you can click & hold onto the service(s) to drag & drop them where you wish, then click Schedule
Rescheduling using Copy & Paste (More ideal for appointments containing only a single service):
1. Proceed to the Schedule and locate the client's appointment
2. Once you click on the client's service, you'll click the Copy button to the right
3. Click on the time slot under the employee's name on the Schedule you would like to reschedule the client's service
4. Click the Paste Appointment button on the right
5. You will receive a pop-up asking if you would like to cancel the original service, more times than not, you will click Yes
6. Make any changes to the appointment/services, and/or add additional service(s), then click Create
Rescheduling by Drag & Drop (For rescheduling a time or provider within the same day; Also best for rescheduling single service appointments)
1. Proceed to the Schedule and locate the client's appointment
2. Once you click on the client's service, you'll click and hold on it to drag it into another time and/or Provider on the Schedule
3. You will receive a pop-up asking if you're sure you want to cancel the original appointment
