General Enhancements
Permission to control who can give discounts
We’ve received several requests for the ability to control who is allowed to add a discount to a ticket. Head over to your employee settings, and you will find a new permission called Discount Tickets. 
Text message notification when an appointment is copied and pasted
Expanded capabilities to the feature we released back in 20.5 (the ability to send a text notification when rescheduling) you will not get the same ability to send a text when you reschedule an appointment using a copy and paste
Email updates
Small change to insert your salon logo or name into outgoing emails
Auto-Refresh button on the schedule persists through your session
We got a lot of great feedback on how much everyone loves auto-refresh but it turns itself off when you navigated away from the schedule. We made a change, so if you decide to enable schedule auto-refresh, it will remain turned on for your current session!
Updating any Business Settings now displays a confirmation message
We noticed that when you update a business setting the page just reloaded without a confirmation message, to avoid any confusion on what just happened we’ve added a happy little green message.
Now when you update a business setting a message will now be displayed confirming the change. 
Did you notice that we skipped a release number? That’s because 20.7 is what we call a tech sprint. Basically, we let our development team run wild and work on technical enhancements that optimize our code to support future enhancements and development efforts! We took all the great under the hood stuff our team did in 20.7 and combined it with all the cool features of 20.8!
