Ability to control what services appear in the online client scheduling by service provider
· When you drill down into the assigned services a specific service provider can offer we have added an option for “shows online” If you change this setting to no then clients will no longer be able to book this service with that specific service provider when booking online. Additionally this setting will respect and salon level updates you make so if you disable a service at the salon level we will not give the option at the provider level
Provide custom instructions per service
· We think this is a really exciting one that everyone is going to love! We have added a box called service instructions to the edit service screen, you can now put in specific instructions for these services. When a client books an appointment for a service that has service instructions, those instructions will appear on the appointment confirmation email they receive! So you can now communicate any pre-service instructions the client needs to be aware of!
Mobile Support for SalonRunner Pay!
· With this release we are delivering some updates to allow our mobile app to integrate with SalonRunner Pay! Very soon new versions of the app will be available for update which will offer full SalonRunner Pay integration!
Using a returned item for inventory
· We’ve made some small enhancements to the product return process and have now given you the option to flag a returned item as an item to be added to inventory for internal use
Updates to the gift card purchased email
· When a client purchases a gift card we have added a book now button to the email they receive. This will give the client a quick and easy way to book an appointment right when they receive the gift card!
As with every release we also included some performance enhancements and a bunch of bug fixes as well!
