Staying connected to your clients has never been more important then it is today! It has never been more critical to explore new ways of reaching your clients with timely and to the point marketing messages. In an effort to help you enhance your marketing strategies and also extend your client reach the Rosy Salon Software team is proud to announce the release of the highly requested Text Message Marketing feature! This release is the first phase of a large plan the will deliver robust features surrounding text message marketing.
This first phase provides a new marketing home page, focuses on the ability to allow your clients to opt into text marketing, and gives you the ability to create one time campaigns
The new marketing home page is your one stop landing page for all your marketing needs. This is also the place you will be able to purchase messages to use for text campaigns, as well as set up your new dedicated text marketing phone number. You will also be able to access various reports related to text messaging.
Getting permission from your clients to market to them via text message is a critically important regulatory requirement. Keep in eye on our knowledge base for future posts that offer tips and tricks to assist you in helping your clients successfully opt in. One of the most exciting ways you an get your clients to opt into text marketing is explained on the marketing home page. Once you get a dedicated text marketing phone number set up you can share that number with your clients (via email, social media, or any other creative way you can think of!) and have them text in any one of the following keywords to your Dedicated Phone Number: HAIRCUT, RELAX, NAILS. When an existing client texts in one of these keywords they will receive a confirmation text asking them to confirm interest in receiving future marketing messages from your salon. Once they confirm they will be updated to Opted in and will be all set to receive future text campaigns from you!
The ability to create one time campaigns in the meat and potatoes of this release. Through this feature you can create a one time campaign to send your custom message to any of your opted in clients! You’re message can even contain emojis! If your a windows user pressing the windows button + the period button will open up the emoji keyboard. For all our mac users pressing control + command + space bar will open the emoji keyboard!
