Here is how you'll disable pop-up blockers in our recommended Internet Browsers (Google Chrome & Mozilla Firefox), as well as Safari.
Chrome (Windows computer)
By default, Chrome will notify you when a pop-up is blocked and give you an option to see it. To turn off the pop-up blocker, follow these instructions:
- Click the three dots in the top right corner
- Select Settings
- Click the Advanced
- Select Privacy and security
- Click Site Settings
- Click Pop-ups and redirects
- Toggle on "Allow" (it should show in blue)
This will turn OFF the pop-up blocker
Firefox (Windows)
- Click the three horizontal lines in the top right corner
- Select Options
- Click Privacy & Security
- Under Permissions, un-check the "Block pop-up windows" box
This will turn OFF your pop-up blocker
Chrome (Mac)
By default, Chrome will notify you when a pop-up is blocks and give you an option to see it. To turn off pop-up blocker, follow these instructions:
- Click the three dots in the top right corner
- Select Settings
- Click the Advanced
- Select Privacy and security
- Click Site Settings
- Click Pop-ups and redirects

This will turn OFF the pop-up blocker

- Select Options
- Click Privacy & Security
- Under Permissions, un-check the "Block pop-up windows" box
This will turn OFF your pop-up blocker
- From the Safari menu, select Preferences
- Click Security at the top of the window
- Un-check the "Block pop-up windows" box
This will turn OFF the pop-up blocker
