New Online Booking- About Us Page
Looking to integrate a more complete landing page with business information to share with your clients? Consider using the URL to your New Online Booking “About Us” page!
Rosy's Webpage tool allowed you to build up a webpage that could be displayed to clients prior to signing in to Classic Online Client Scheduling. The “About Us” page is the New Online Booking’s take on our existing Webpage feature. However, it can be used with Classic Online Client Scheduling, New Online Booking, or as a landing page even if you don't currently accept online appointments!


If you were already using the Webpage tool, the About Us page will use many of the settings you already customized under Manage > Online Settings > Webpage. The shared settings that impact the “About Us” page are highlighted here! Any changes made under either spot will automatically apply to both pages once saved.
Navigate to Manage > Online Settings > Online Booking NEW > About Us
Business Display Name- This is an optional setting that can be used to override the name listed in Business Settings.
Tagline or Slogan- A small optional additional text box displayed below the business name.
Image Upload- Allows you to include an optional image to further customize this page.
About Us Message- A larger text box that allows you to include a welcome message, business specialties, important business information, etc.
For businesses that have attached booth renter accounts, this section will allow you to decide whether you would like to include them in your team display. If you toggle this on, your booth renters will be included in your "Meet Our Providers" at the bottom of this page. If a client clicks on their "Book With Me" button, they will be automatically redirected to the renter's personal online booking page.
The remaining information displayed on this page is pulled from various existing settings in Rosy such as:

Manage > Online Settings >New Online Booking settings > Business Hours tab- Will be displayed to your clients as the business hours. This setting is for display only and will not impact the business or employee scheduling hours.

Manage > Advanced Settings > Cancellation Policy- Your cancellation policy will be displayed on the About Us page in addition to requiring your clients agree to it at the time of checkout when scheduling an appointment.
- Manage > Basic Settings > Business Settings- The business address and social media links listed here will display on your About Us page

Manage > Online Settings > General Settings > Service Provider- Service Provider bios and photos will be included in the team section. Please note that even providers who do not accept online appointment will be included in your team! This allows you to still recognize these providers and encourage their clients to call to schedule their future appointments.
In addition to providing your clients additional information, this page serves as a way to direct your clients to scheduling an appointment either by selecting “Book Now” button at the top or by selecting their preferred provider at the bottom of the page. You can share this page with your clients on your website, through social media, on marketing messages etc. by copying the URL on the Online Booking Settings page in Rosy.
